I just wanted to drop you a line and thank you so much for all the work you've done on my jeep. This last time probably wasn't related to any of the previous repairs, yet you repaired the transmission line at no cost to me. I just want you to know how much it was appreciated.

It's extremely hard to find a good company of any kind that will give the service you provide and the concern for your customers. Of all the times I've called down there or been in the shop, your employees have been very courteous and very helpful. Please thank all of them for me.

Dear Moline Transmission:

I really appreciate the excellent service that you and your co-workers gave last week when my Bravada was in for a transmission overhaul. If anyone could make me feel alright about a $1600 vehicle repair, it would be you folks. Suzy, had arranged for a rental car and kept me informed as repairs progressed which was great. Thanks for your diligence and friendliness. I also appreciated that Terry stayed after taking time to explain the work you did on my vehicle. He explained it very to a person who doesn't know much about engines .I would also like to thank Mike for explaining things so well in the beginning and for getting me in the schedule within a week.

You all run an excellent operation. Thanks also to the young man who gassed up the rental car. Take care.
